Beijing: Gaming smartphone brand RedMagic is set to launch the RedMagic 12 Pro+ in China today, October 15, 2026, at 2:30 PM China time (12:00 PM IST). The flagship gaming phone will arrive with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chip built on a 2nm process, positioning it as one of the first devices on the new silicon.
The standout feature is the display: a flat full-screen panel with no punch-hole or notch, made possible by RedMagic's ninth-generation under-display selfie camera. Bezels have been shrunk to 0.96mm, down from 1.25mm on the previous generation, and the panel pushes a 185Hz refresh rate through a dedicated 185Hz display-control chip. The rear camera module sits completely flush with the flat back panel, eliminating the camera bump entirely.
