T-Series has locked the theatrical release date for Ram Gopal Varma's crime drama Police Company: the film will arrive in cinemas on June 4, 2027, with Harshvardhan Rane headlining as Mumbai encounter specialist Daya Nayak.

For Varma, it marks a return to the genre that defined much of his reputation.
