OPPO India has launched the OPPO K14 Plus, a new addition to its K series, with prices starting at Rs 29,999 for the 6GB+128GB variant. The 8GB+128GB variant is priced at Rs 32,999, while the 8GB+256GB variant costs Rs 35,999.
The phone will go on sale from October 8 — the first day of Flipkart's Big Billion Days sale — on Flipkart and the OPPO India e-store. The launch-day offer includes an instant bank discount of Rs 4,000 on all leading banks, along with a six-month no-cost EMI option, bringing the effective prices down to Rs 25,999, Rs 28,999 and Rs 31,999 respectively.
Performance and display
At the heart of the device is the MediaTek Dimensity 7360 MAX chipset, built on a 4nm process with an octa-core CPU and Arm Mali-G615 GPU. OPPO says the chip delivers a 30 per cent CPU multi-core boost and a 35 per cent GPU boost over the previous generation, and that the top variant scores above 1 million on AnTuTu V12.
The phone features a 17.22 cm 1.5K AMOLED display with an adaptive refresh rate up to 144Hz, 3600 nits peak brightness and 100 per cent DCI-P3 colour coverage. Cooling is handled by a 5000mm² vapour chamber, up from 3900mm² on the K14.
Battery, durability and cameras
The K14 Plus packs an 8000mAh battery with 45W SUPERVOOC charging, which OPPO says is rated to retain 80 per cent or more of its capacity after 1,800 full charge cycles — roughly six years of once-a-day charging. The body carries IP69K, IP69, IP68 and IP66 ratings and uses an aerospace-grade aluminium frame.
Imaging is led by a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilisation, 4K video recording and AI-assisted features including AI Night Mode and an AI eraser, while the front gets a 16MP Sony IMX480 camera. The phone runs ColorOS 16 and comes in two finishes — Solar Orange and Star White — weighing about 207g.
