Netflix has added a new Korean historical thriller to its weekend lineup, with "100 Days of Deception" streaming from today, October 10.
A pickpocket's dangerous mission
Set in Gyeongseong — colonial-era Seoul — in 1932, the series follows Lee Ga-kyung, a skilled pickpocket saving money to escape to the United States. She accepts a perilous 100-day assignment from the Korean independence movement and goes undercover as an interpreter inside the Japanese Government-General. Her mission grows complicated after she crosses paths with Kim Tae-woong, an elite interpreter whose own background threatens to unravel her cover.
