The last two NFL MVPs meet on Monday night as Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills visit Matthew Stafford and the Los Angeles Rams in the final game of Week 5, with kickoff set for 8:15 p.m. ET at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. The game will air nationally on ESPN and ABC.
Allen won the 2024 AP NFL MVP award before Stafford claimed the honour last season, setting up a rare head-to-head between the league's two most recent Most Valuable Players.
The Matchup
Buffalo enters the game at 3-1 after a 29-26 loss to the New England Patriots last week, while Los Angeles stands at 2-2 after rallying to beat the Philadelphia Eagles 24-20 in Week 4. Both teams will be looking to build momentum as the season moves deeper into its autumn stretch.
How to Watch
Bills vs. Rams is the only Monday night game this week and closes out Week 5 of the 2026 NFL season. The Monday Night Football schedule features one game each week from Week 1 through Week 17, all at 8:15 p.m. ET. Next Monday, the Washington Commanders visit the San Francisco 49ers on October 19, followed by the Dallas Cowboys at the Philadelphia Eagles on October 26.
