Agility Robotics, the humanoid robotics and physical AI company, is hosting its Analyst and Investor Day in New York City on Tuesday, October 6, beginning at 12:30 PM Eastern Time — days after unveiling Digit 5, its next-generation humanoid robot.
The half-day event will give investors and analysts a deeper look at the company's technology, commercial strategy and plans to scale humanoid robotics across industrial applications, including its technology roadmap, commercial momentum, market opportunity, manufacturing model and long-term financial profile.
Leadership takes the stage
The event features Chief Executive Officer Peggy Johnson, co-founder and Chief Robot Officer Jonathan Hurst, Chief Business Officer Daniel Diez, Chief Operating Officer Jennifer Hunter and Chief Financial Officer Michael Beer, along with other members of the senior leadership team.
Johnson said Digit 5 represented an important step forward in the company's mission to build humanoid robots that work safely and productively alongside people in real-world environments, adding that the event would deepen investors' understanding of the technology, customer experience and operating foundation behind Digit as adoption grows.
Public listing on the horizon
The event comes as Agility prepares to become a public company through its previously announced business combination with Churchill Capital Corp XI (NASDAQ: CCXI). The combination is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, after which the combined company will operate as Agility Robotics and is expected to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "AGLT".
Digit 5 is engineered for what the company calls cooperatively safe work at scale, building on years of real-world deployment experience and customer feedback from earlier generations of the robot.
